Dr.rink was my urologist as a child @ Riley hospital him and his staff are the best as I said he was my urologist when I was a child I went to him from age 7-17 he did 2 of my surgeries and numerous other procedures him and his staff made me feel comfortable and as a small child you are scared of not understanding the illness that I had as a child and now today I am 51 years old and thank god every day for dr.rink he was a miracle in my life ( if you only knew my story) thank you dr.rink you are the best!!! Completely incompetent office. His office is terrible with scheduling and multiple times now we have showed up for appointments and a surgery to find out their schedules were messed up. No one knows what’s going on around there. If it happened once I’d understand but it’s happened multiple times now. I even had paper documentation proof of paperwork they gave my with a surgery date and they sent us away. Horrible experience we have had.
Dr. Rink and his team have been a godsend for our Daughter. He spends as much time as we need to answer our questions. I like his drawings too. He has done 2 surgeries, and multiple tests to help us better understand our baby's anatomy. We put all our faith and trust into his advice. We really appreciate his work and dedication to making our lives better. Way to go Dr. Rink and staff. God Bless you.
