I was very happy with this facility and the staff. The entire visit was very nice Please correct the address for the Renner Road and Plano Road intersections for better arrival time. I was also impressed with the tile selected the office lobby, because I recently selected the same tile for my primary bathroom. Loved It!
Terrible experience with this doctor. I am so happy that he dropped us as his patients, because now we have a wonderful family doctor.
Dr Richard Chen and his nurse Yvette were both kind and had a lot of patience. Being new to their office I was anxious and I asked a lot of questions and they made me feel comfortable and welcomed.
