Very happy with Dr. Richard Ancona. I recommend him to friend all the time. Only person that I would trust with my child he is very knowledgeable.

I agree with many of the comments. The staff is beyond unfriendly, unprofessional and never greet a patient. This is peds. They break Hipa right in front of you, talk to staff nasty about the parent. This is unexceptable. They should be reported for such bad behavior. The entire staff is allowed to go through your chart and they "lose rx, paperwork on purpose" They are lazy and unhelpful. Yes you might have to wait but that is the price you have to pay to get the best and Dr. Ancona is absoulely THE BEST. He tells it like it is and is alway dead on, an absolutely fantastic Dr. We feel blessed to have him for our children...

Dr. Ancona walks on water in my eyes. He saved my baby's life. I will always hold him dear to my heart for what he did for my family. My family has been using him for over 8 years.

Dr. Richard Ancona has been our son's Pediatrican for over 17 yrs...yes, you heard me right! My son would never even consider another Doctor. His manner & demeanor with children is at best...THE BEST!. He is extremely "devoted" to his "kids" & would go out of his way to help them at any given time...even if it means interrupting his Sunday dinner. The woman who work in the office are very rude. When I take my child to the doctor I dont expect such unprofessional behavior. The doctors are nice, but the nurses assistants are nasty too. There have been several times I have brought my sick child there and had to come back again due to being misdiagnosed. Every time I go for a visit, I wait a very long time to be seen.

Dr. Ancona is the tops! Although you usually wait to see him, it is worth the wait. His no-nonsense approach to patient care is a breath of fresh air. You don''t have to go through layers of ego to find out who you are dealing with. He is down to earth, straight forward and really cares about my kids. I travel 40 minutes to his practice - and have plenty of qualified pediatricians around where I live. I only wanted the best for my kids, and I got it!

Recently, Dr. Ancona had to tell us that my 6 year old daughter is diabetic. (not the worst news in the world, but worrisome nonetheless, particularly when being told.) Dr. Ancona was amazing about breaking the news. He notified the hospital so they were ready for us. He is without a doubt, the only doctor in the world that I would trust with my children. Thank you Dr. Ancona.

Dr. Ancona should get extra smileys for the 'knowledge' and 'helpfulness' categories. I have been dealing with him for 18 years. He IS the BEST! In fact, I travel some 45 minutes to get to him when my children are ill, and he is, no doubt, worth traveling to. You can't buy peace of mind...
