I never leave negative reviews, but feel compelled to share my experience with Dr. Borrowdale. My mother was his patient for a rare head and neck cancer diagnosed in 2017. She died in 2021. His communication was consistently cold and lacking empathy. After her surgery, instead of speaking with me in-person privately, he called me to the front desk phone in the waiting room to say she was bleeding heavily and hung up, leaving me in tears surrounded by strangers. Please if you or your loved one is considering surgery from Borrowdale, be sure to get a second opinion. It quite possibly could save your life. Since my dad's passing all I keep thinking is that we should of received a second opinion. Something I will regret until my dying day. To the others that have left reviews with similar experiences. I am so sorry. I share in your pain.
