I was many years overdue for a comprehensive checkup and chose FYI because of the good reviews - so glad I did! Huge thank you to everyone who helped me, from the front desk staff to the doctor and the EXTREMELY patient young lady who had to put up with me taking forever to choose the new frames I wanted. Everyone was so kind and helpful, and I felt well taken care of!
a few days ago, my husband stepped on his relatively new progre$$ive glasses and mutilated them, bending both the frame and the arm into unnatural shapes. his vision is poor, so jim relies a lot on them but he still managed to crunch them after working hours. the next day, we called FYidoctors and spoke with jackie, the optician; she told us to come in right after lunch. at first glance, jackie thought we'd have to get a new frame (jim had no back-up pair) because it looked truly mauled, but at least the lenses were still ok... read more
Extremely pleasant and professional staff. Only disappointment is a somewhat limited selection of frames .
I have been seeing Leanne for over a decade. She diagnosed my son with a reading disorder and gave us exercises to improve his reading skills. She is extremely knowledgeable and her team is professional and eager to help.
Awesome experience! The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They really go out of their way to make it enjoyable.
