Purchasing a home through the services of Richard Beckman Realty Group went well. Bill Lopez visited the property and communicated on the work being done by contractor. That was an extra effort by Bill as that gave me positive assurance that things were progressing to a successful closing on the property. For me, communication is key and Bill delivered which was much appreciated!
Renee Baze is the property master. Not only did she help us purchase a great piece of property after a difficult search, but she did it again selling our house in one day. She went above and beyond helping us get all of the necessities done quickly down to even converting written documents into electronic ones to finish the sale. If you are looking to buy or sale she will get the job done.
The worse reality/management group I’ve ever encountered. They truly don’t care about their tenants and try to screw you over anyway they can. They often don’t respond to emails and refuse to fix maintenance problems. This company is a joke.
Shawna Shelton was fantastic! We purchased raw land and she really went above and beyond, many of the properties had poor photos and she was able to match a tree in a literal Forest! Shawna was professional, fast, knowledgeable and down to earth. She made the process easy and efficient. I would recommend her to anyone looking for an excellent experience in real estate.
Bill Lopez did an outstanding job for us. Almost everything was done long distance, plus I am 80 and a worrier. Bill worked tirelessly, was patient, confident, and he made it happen. He is kind, thoughtful, and always has time for clients' questions and concerns. I would always recommend him to anyone needing to sell or buy a home.
