I originally gave this doctor a 5-star review, but unfortunately, I now have to take away 4 ,stars because of the consistently long wait times. Every time I come in for an appointment, regardless of how early I arrive, I still end up waiting at least 30 minutes past my scheduled appointment time before being seen. On some occasions, I’ve had to wait close to an hour. Dr. Richard Bang is an exceptional person and very professional physician. He is very easy to talk to and his feedback is always knowledgeable, respectful and supportive. He follows up and explains labs as well as treatment options. His mindset appears to be very positive, motivated and modern. I trust him with my son’s care as well as mine.
