Very friendly staff. Dr. Luz was very professional and transparent by explaining the process. Pleasant atmosphere. However, I experienced a situation I had experienced before . I confirmed a dental appointment the day before it was scheduled. The appointment was set for 3:00 PM. On the day of the appointment, the receptionist cancelled it because I hadn't confirmed it three days in advance when I received the text message. I don't think it's right to cancel a client's appointment just because they confirmed the day before.
Excelente experiencia en esta clínica dental. Desde la atención en recepción hasta el tratamiento, todo fue impecable. El equipo es muy profesional, amable y transmite mucha confianza. El procedimiento fue rápido, sin dolor y con resultados de gran calidad. Además, explican todo de forma clara, lo cual se agradece mucho. Hablan español también. Sin duda, un lugar totalmente recomendable para el cuidado dental. ¡Volveré sin pensarlo!
Bravo Dental is a well run and well organized clinic. The clinic is clean, modern and equipped with the latest technology. The clinic staff is kind, gentle and very professional. Dr Bravo's exams are very thorough. Her treatment plans have been individualized, and discussed with me, according to my specific needs. Education and prevention are a high priority for Dr. Bravo and her staff. I highly recommend Bravo Dental.
I used to hate going to the dentist because I would leave with pain/discomfort after a procedure. Now I look forward to my dental appointments with Dr. Bravo. I suffered with severe teeth pain for many years. Dr. Bravo made that pain go away. The entire staff if very kind and happy to answer any questions you might have. Thanks to Dr. Bravo my self esteem has improved and I’m very happy with my teeth. Thank you to Dr. Bravo and staff for giving me my smile back !
Located in a questionable area considering safety, upon walking in seeing the very outdated interior I wasn’t comfortable trusting with my care especially since I was going to pay out of pocket. Really weird vibes as the receptionist explained they wouldn’t have time for a cleaning since I was 8 minutes late but wanted me to pay for that. After talking with them in person I do not trust this facility at all and left on a gut feeling. I will be doing more research on this facility… be cautious
