What can I say without you all thinking I was hired to write this. I will tell you this comes from heart. I had a total knee replacement back in November of 2025. It was done by another doctor which is very respected. We had issues and at 5 months out was only able to straighten my knee to 30 degrees. I just could not walk because leg was not straight. My original appointment was in the morning, but when I arrived the entire building was shut down for business because of a power outage. Dr. Auran's staff however somehow got me in later the same day. Dr. Auran's consult was efficient, and he told me what I needed to know about my deteriorating knee. He gave me prescription and a follow-up plan that gave me confidence in his expertise.
He was in such a hurry to get me out of the office He took x-rays of my left hip. I have. I fell and broke my both hips within about a year this time. I was seeing him about my left. Hip never seen him before, he just looked at the new hip and said it looks great. No problem, no questions about the pain that I have surrounding the new hip didn't order an MRI to see that. Strictly business. Thoroughly explained options and next steps. I have seen Dr Auran now for 2 years. Easy to get an appointment although he did mention if surgery is necessary, that is about 4 month wait.
The DR's office visit was great. The ability to locate decent parking even for an early A.M. appointment was terrible.
