We absolutely loved The Richard apartments! LOCATION is super convenient, everything is whitin walking distance: Mayo Clinic, down town, restaurants, community events! The managment is amazing! Deb is super frendly and profesional! She always replied in such short time if we ever contacted her with any need about our apt. She is amazing!! The heated garage was a plus; spacious and clean! The apartments are equiped and well distributed. The common areas were always clean! We absolutely recomend The Richard apartments!
I lived at the Richard for a couple of years and really enjoyed it! The location is unbeatable if you work at mayo and use the DAHLC. Apartments are pretty spacious, and the management is great!
We spent the last week there and can echo the earlier, complimentary reviews. Super location, spacious well equipped room. Say access and the parking is an added bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend staying there.
I absolutely love the location of this apartment—everything is within walking distance, including downtown, the gym, church, and even my workplace. My experience living in Richard apartments has been so good! I was there for one year, the apartment was really nice, the common areas were always clean, the management is awesome and everytime I had a problem they have fixed fast and efficiently. The location is also very convenient, especially in winter. I fully recommend it!
