Absolutely loved this place. If it weren't for a new job, I would have stayed here for many years. Very spacious, amazing balcony, and excellent location. I could not have asked for any better. I am so thankful for everyone who works for this place as well. They were very friendly and always helpful. Definitely recommend living here especially if you work at the Mayo! :)
We absolutely loved The Richard apartments! LOCATION is super convenient, everything is whitin walking distance: Mayo Clinic, down town, restaurants, community events! The managment is amazing! Deb is super frendly and profesional! She always replied in such short time if we ever contacted her with any need about our apt. She is amazing!! The heated garage was a plus; spacious and clean! The apartments are equiped and well distributed. The common areas were always clean! We absolutely recomend The Richard apartments!
I lived at the Richard for a couple of years and really enjoyed it! The location is unbeatable if you work at mayo and use the DAHLC. Apartments are pretty spacious, and the management is great!
We spent the last week there and can echo the earlier, complimentary reviews. Super location, spacious well equipped room. Say access and the parking is an added bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend staying there.
