We spent the last week there and can echo the earlier, complimentary reviews. Super location, spacious well equipped room. Say access and the parking is an added bonus. Would not hesitate to recommend staying there.
I absolutely love the location of this apartment—everything is within walking distance, including downtown, the gym, church, and even my workplace. It’s incredibly convenient and makes daily life so much easier. Deb, the landlady, is fantastic. My experience living in Richard apartments has been so good! I was there for one year, the apartment was really nice, the common areas were always clean, the management is awesome and everytime I had a problem they have fixed fast and efficiently. The location is also very convenient, especially in winter. I fully recommend it!

I stayed at the Richard for around 11 months. Its a great facility and I really enjoyed my time there. It is very close to Mayo Clinic ( barely a 5 min walk). Apartments are big, spacious and well lit. The caretaker, Deb, is a super kind woman. She is always available and very prompt if you have an issue with anything. Highly Recommended!
