We used Richard and Sons Plus Daughter to paint our newly purchased home - all 3,000 SF of the house over a 2 week period was touched with new wall paint and every baseboard, trim, and door painted white from wood. They even helped us finish an unexpected project filling in built ins in a hallway. They were communicative and professional. Highly recommend!

If I could leave zero stars I would. I would not hire these guys again if my life depended on it. I hired them to paint my new build, and they took every shortcut, and lazy way to accomplishing something they could. The dad Jerry will tell you and promise you the world. His actual workers do not meet his expectation and they’re not held accountable to that. He does not follow up on the job or inspect what he expects. My wife hired Richard and Sons Plus Daughter Painting in March of 2024 to paint three bathrooms, master bedroom and some additional walls in our loft, stairwells, and family room. The consultation went smoothly. Color recommendations were provided and the job was quoted approximately $3800. They were flexible regarding the painting schedule and estimated four days to complete the job. They showed up and started work timely and the painters both had a professional demeanor. Jerry was nice and has a strong personality. We spoke several times during the process. However on paint day 6 weeks later, a son and helper showed up on time. They were not informed of the scope of work. We (hoa) have 4 condos and decks, privacy fences, kick plates to be done. The son only had three decks to paint as he said instructed. Top notch! They do business the way it should be done: good, honest, hard work. We bought our house in 2019. It was built in 2013. The original paint job was patchy and very uneven. You could see overlap marks and some spots barely had any paint on them. The cement board siding posed a huge problem for reasons that will take too long to explain, but let’s just say it was a massive headache.
