dr. waldman has been my doctor for over 10 years. he’s very authentic, efficient and knowledgeable.
Many frequent visits. Currently helping me transition from Lithium to Tegretol mood stabilizer. I have taken Lithium Carbonate for around 32 years. It is very scary for me. Dr Waldman has exhibited unlimited patience and with my endless diary of sorts, where I have expressed my concerns over and over with all drug interactions and my results from tapering the Lithium and increasing the Tegretol which has caused interactions with two other drugs in my daily regime. Absolutely!! I am so grateful to have found Dr, Waldman!! I had been hospitalized, had ECTs, and was very sick. Dr. Waldman gave me my life back! He and I decided on medications that could work for me, and we (he) tried a cocktail of meds that have allowed me to participate in life again. Without Dr. Waldman's expert knowledge and his gentle manner, I don't know where I would be today. P.S.-I discovered, quite by chance, that I have 3 friends who are also Dr. Waldman's patients....they love him
Dr. Waldman is a skilled physician who has helped me tremendously in the process of withdrawing from a former inappropriate medication regimen. Dr. Waldman has a laid back, yet direct approach, and is very easy to talk to. He listens patiently, and is willing not only to answer questions, but goes a step further to explain the underlying concepts. I have NEVER felt rushed during our appointments, nor have I EVER had to wait past my appt time. I give Dr. Waldman, without reservation, an A+!
Nothing to rave about - he's good for getting meds. You get a sense that he's checked out at this point and just in it for the next paycheck.
