RecommendedDr. Staton is the best dentist in Fort Smith as I know of. I have been with him for 7 years, the service that he performed was excellent that keep me going back with him. There was a small problem with the billing, but as soon as Dr.Staton directly was aware of the problem, he took care of everything professionally. Dr. Staton has always strived to provide the best customer experience. As long as he keeps his way like this, I will keep coming back.
DO NOT LISTEN TO 5 STARS REVIEWS, THEY ARE FAKE. DO NOT GO HERE OR YOUR LIFE IS AT RISK. Be aware of estimated cost of service vs post service bill. It can turn you into a hug debt. I am in process working with my lawyers suing this office about the transparency on billing and finance. From the lady at the front desk to the ladies in the back I was not impressed! I always absolutely hate having my teeth worked on. Dr Statin always puts me at ease and numbs me well. Very nice and professional staff.
Awesome great with kids. My daughter was so nervous he took his time and showed her every tool he was going to use made her feel better
I've been to quite a number of dentists in the many places I've lived, and Dr. Staton is the best!
Dr. Staton fixed all kinds of problems with my teeth in 1988. I spent so much time in his chair I would fall asleep while he was working on my teeth. Finally, he put veneers on my four front teeth. At the end of all of these appointments, I remembered to ask, "How long will these veneers last?" Richard said they should last a good ten years. I am thrilled to report it's now 28 years and the veneers are in great shape. I left Fort Smith in 1994 and every dentist that has seen Richard Staton's work has complimented his skill. ... read more
Dr. Staton was my family dentist when I lived in Fort Smith many years ago and is still the all time best dentist and staff I have ever dealt with. I still sing his praises and lament that when I moved away he didn't move with me...LOL...;) Thank you, Dr. Staton for being there when my family needed you when we lived in Fort Smith! (You are the first dentist who did NOT hurt me during treatment!) So glad to have found your page here on Facebook so I could have this opportunity to say thank you!
