I really liked Dr. Miller and his rooming nurse a lot. Both were very nice, polite, and professional. And smiled. However, upon my arrival, I had to wait to check in, and I wasn't greeted or acknowledged by anyone. He was polite when i did check in. When I checked out, same; she didn't even look at me. She just said I was good to go. No response to my thank you.
I Highly DONOT Recommend Richard A. Miller This Man At All He Missed So Many Things I Just Had Throat Surgery yesterday thank to getting a second opinion Jay K Chauhan in Bloomington normal is the best ear nose throat surgery in this area he may very well have just saved my life
