He arrived 40 minutes late. I have had other electricians not show up, so 40 minutes was not bad!?!? In addition to the cost of installing 4 fixtures, I paid a service call. I was not happy about that. One of the fixtures had a damaged shade, which he did not point out. Upon a final walk through, I noticed it and asked him to remove it so I could return it. He did it pleasantly.

price kept changing (upward, of course) when they were there at the site. My tenants tell me all is well!

Sam the project leader did an excellent job, lights were put under our tree in the perfect spot. The clean up afterward was the best we have ever seen. Price was fair and reasonable for the amount of time they put into it. Thank you.

I needed this work done ASAP and they came out the following day, while other companies were setting appointment for 2 or 3 days later. Jeremy was on time, very professional and knowledgable. He found the electrical problems right away and had the right supplies to fix the issues. The pricing was very reasonable. I will definitely hire them again and I strongly recommend them.

Work was done when they said. They did break a toilet lid and since they couldn't find a replacement they installed a complete new toilet. Still only charged the amount quoted. Would call again.
