I have the same reaction when I go to Chic-fil-a. But when you consider the price difference to their competitors, it seems to justify the extra couple of dollars. The reason Chic-fil-a's prices are higher is because they have to pay more to deliver an "excellent" product and train their staff "to really know what they are doing... read more

We have found that to provide quality customer service, we have to hire highly qualified personnel not only in our office, but certified electricians.
