I had been a patient since 2023. I reported severe pain in my thoracic spine at the top of my fusion T4/5. He took X-rays and said they looked good. In August 2025, I returned because the was more severe in the same location. It was the same circumstances. I had a very disappointing experience with this surgeon. He demonstrated poor bedside manner and came across as dismissive and arrogant. Despite being the surgeon, he spent very little time with me and did not personally examine me, instead relying almost entirely on an inexperienced assistant to conduct the visit. He appeared uncomfortable with me being knowledgeable about my own body and pain, and dismissed my concerns rather than engaging in discussion. Staff is great! Dr Hostin was referred by my rheumatologist. Having them collaborate has helped…my back issues will never go away…but their efforts have vastly improved my condition…highly recommend Dr Hostin!
