Everyone was extremely friendly and accommodating. The location is right at the front of Oaks Mall. Appointment wise, you have to schedule a month in advance, so keep that in mind. But once you're there, you won't be waiting for too long. Pricing isn't great, but it never is anywhere. They do offer some excellent discounts, though.
I had an amazing experience. Everyone from the eye dr to the ladies helping out and the manager were all wonderful!
