I purchased my AC units from Richair just under 2 years ago. Today, the system is out of refrigerant and inoperable. I have signed the contract with Richair Comfort Solution on Feb-14 2018 and the very next day I called Richair Comfort Solution to cancel this and I spoke to a man named Louis. We agreed on full refund as I was fully within cancellation rights and Mr. Louis advised me that it will take about a week for the refund to appear in my bank account. Since it didn't, I followed back again with Louis and he asked me to give it another few days. I have waited another week and since I still did not get my refund I called back and asked... read more

I am quite happy with the service. Everyone arrived on time, worked quickly, and quite importantly, very neatly. They answered all my questions and accommodated my busy schedule. I would definitely recommend Richair to others.
The service was incredibly good. They installed two mini ductless mitsubishi units in our wine store, Blue Angel Wines. They showed up on time, even adjusted their schedule to meet our store's hours last minute. Sales people are knowledgeable and helpful. Two weeks later, So far the system works extremely well!
