5- star service! Rich tire went above and beyond to get my tires replaced quickly and efficiently. The prices were competitive, and the work was top-notch. I highly recommend for anyone in need of reliable tire service
So bad. The owner never gave me a price for my tire he just told me to wait. I ask the mechanic who put on the tire and he gives me a number. An hour of waiting and 20 minutes of waiting with my tire off my car they finally get the tire and put it on. The owner comes out, tells me a different price and then yells at me when I tell him the original number given to me by the mechanic. Horrible customer service, especially after working all day and needing a tire.
