Rich Stephens failed to respond to multiple offers and, rather than do his job by showing the property and negotiating with the owner, made excuse after excuse, becoming less and less believable. If you'd like to sell your house, do not work with Rich. And if you'd like to buy a house, do not work with Rich.
Rich did a great job as a realtor. He helped my grandparents sell their home and assisted them when they purchased another. Highly recommend Rich Stephens.
