So I tapped my horn at a Rich Services driver this morning, because he was sitting at a stop sign, with no traffic coming. He then waited longer, for more traffic to come, then honked at me (im driving behind him) as he pulled out to the main road. He then stopped in the street, waited for me to turn, and pass him, then he started following me aggressively. Rich Services replaced my Lennox air handler with a Goodman air handler thru HWA in October 2021. I called Rich Services to find out if they had any documents on my replacement & installation. They said they had no records of my replacement. They did not register any serial nbr or model nbr. They did not furnish me with any documents after installation. Because of their negligence I am not covered by any warranty. My service tech found part of the serial nbr missing and painted over. Who needs this kind of service?
I was really pleased with the work that was done. I’ve bookmarked them to use again in the future.
