Rich Services replaced my Lennox air handler with a Goodman air handler thru HWA in October 2021. I called Rich Services to find out if they had any documents on my replacement & installation. They said they had no records of my replacement. They did not register any serial nbr or model nbr. They did not furnish me with any documents after installation. Because of their negligence I am not covered by any warranty. My service tech found part of the serial nbr missing and painted over. Who needs this kind of service?
