These people made me wait 5 hours to get unloaded just to unload me in15 minutes. They most definitely have a color problem at this location. I was dispatch on this load yesterday picked up at noon in iowa and made delivery this morning they told me load was supposed to be here since yesterday the broker said 8 am delivery but brokers doesn’t tell drivers everything they lie to us always and drivers get the ish end of the stick as always. Missed my 3 k reload but God is good was able to book another reload paying more.
Im a Trucker. Fast and simple, great customer service with easy instructions. There is a sign before you turn in Butler Dr that's in red with white letters that directs you where to go. The receiving office is directly across from the entrance in the middle between the trailers. Its a Grey door can't miss it. I hope this helps.
Whoever is in charge of their maintenance dept is very unprofessional and hangs the phone up in your face. Would not attempt to call them if you need something.
