No stars preferred. Rich and Oliva Burwood had our property on the market over 10 weeks without a confirmed offer or a single bid at Auction. Their firm estimate (over a million dollars more than another Agent successfully fetched for us) left us deeply in debt on a property on which we had put a deposit - depending upon their "professional" estimate. Not recommendable in any degree.
David has been a professional and a gentleman to deal with. He would deal with everyone fairly, owners and tenants, alike. Would recommend highly
