We were very happy with Rich Madden when he listed our house in Fountain Hills. He warned us it may take months to sell since it was a two story and at the time, they were not selling as quickly as one story houses. Extremely unprofessional. Is only worried about having both sides of a listing and takes lower offers to guarantee he has commission on both sides. Unethical and cannot be trusted as a listing agent. If you have your property listed with Rich Madden be very wary that he will sell your house for less if it guarantees more money for him.
This guy is the worst ever, if you want to sell your house to anyone don't use him, he will sabotage the deal so he can get both ends of the commission. Very unethical & mean spirited. I made initial offer with a letter of credit for the full amount, came back and offered over selling price, offered to meet with him, but since he would have had to split the commission he blew the deal up.
