I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding a recent visit with this provider for my son's TMJ-related condition. Had an appointment today with this doctor and it was truly one of the worst experiences I've ever had with a doctor. First off he was ignorant of anything I was telling him. I have issues with my neck and back and had some problems with my face. Before his exam he questioned me and went over his list of past meds and issues etc. through his questions his attitude seemed rude and just thought he knew it all. Dr. Hirschinger met me at his office on his day off bc that’s the only day I had, he did a thorough and comprehensive exam and intake, he believed me when I told him about my pain, he solved my problem and followed up with me. He is kind and caring and has extensive training in his specialty. Literally the BEST doctor of any kind that I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend him!
Finding Dr. rich hirschinger was a miracle. Spent a long time on the internet to find a specialist and somehow stumbled upon him. Looking at his info and reviews, I knew this guy was the guy who could help me with my facial pain. My story- my wisdom teeth surgery healing with terribly wrong. My fault for working out. I've been suffering with jaw pain on and off for about 6 years. A specialist about 2 years ago offered mild relief but the pain returned. This time even worse. Dr. Hirschinger came highly recommended from my periodontist as, "this is the guy to see". She was right. Dr. Hirschinger spent almost 2 hours with me. His Gentle Jaw is a miracle and his follow up is superb. I cannot recommend him highly enough. If you have jaw pain, "this is the guy to see".
