This was my first experience speaking with Rich. My situation is not complicated but I admitted that I was quite frustrated with it. Rich was patient, funny, knowledgeable and helpful. He listened to my story, asked pertinent questions (even when I wouldn’t let him get a word in) and gave me excellent advice. I can honestly say that if you have an issue, he will help you solve it - or give you the name of someone who can. That’s quite rare in this day and age. Rich, the check is in the mail! Lol
