I have been going here for a year. I actually drive by several nails salons on my way to this one, but it is worth it. Every time I have gone I get wonderful service. I will say my reviews are for the spa pedicure only. I rarley get a manicure (I have my own nails and do them myself). The massage is always great - I have taken friends who typically go to other salons and they have all commented on how long the massages are. best.ever. For $36 you get a mani GEL with a neck massage, a pedi with a hot stone massage and a glass of wine! All done in a little longer than your lunch break! We got there at 11:00 and were done by 12:00! Mon-Wed if you book a lunch appt. you get 20% off your services. every one who was in there seemed to be enjoying themselves. Huge selection of colors, friendly technicians, and a relaxing atmosphere. Oh and the wine. Did i mention they have wine? This is the best salon I recommended !!!

...RICH AND FAMOUS NAILS SPA IN FRISCO. Rich and Famous Nails Spa is the Best Salon!!! Excellent customer service and the best shellac nails I've ever had. I was in FRISCO for a week for work and decided to get my nails done one evening. I had trouble finding the place but that was my fault in not knowing the area. My bridesmaids and I went here on the day of my wedding, and we were delighted with the kind service. I tried to tip really well at the end. I was not easy to deal with, because I wanted to pay for some of my bridesmaids--- I know this made the billing complicated for them, but they just took it all in stride and accommodated us. Rich and Famous nail salon Frisco are crooks! my daughter and i visited your shop yesterday (10/2/2011) due to a very high recommendation. unfortunately, our experience was horrible. we both had manicures and pedicures. our pedicures were very good. however, our manicures were terrible. first the woman doing mine was scraping my nails off, not just my cuticles. it hurt. i said OUCH and asked her to be more gentle. she didn't so i had to keep yanking my hand away. then she left polish all around my nails and missed spots on my nails. for me, that wasn't the worst. she al... read more
