Guy was knowledgeable and pointed me to a pretty good box. Answered my questions and didn’t try to push the more expensive stuff. My one complaint which I have messaged and received a reply to, was that the box I bought is half the price online. When I asked about store credit for the difference or to return it he replied that I can feel the box and take it home that day and get answers to my questions. We did give you a reply, through your message, but never heard back from you. I’m sorry, but we followed our return policy stated on the receipt you were given. We do not take returns unless there’s a manufacturer defect within 7 days. We only price match competitive stores. Online websites have no brick and mortar store costs.
