I was going to Vapor Stix for about 6 mos and they're rude and never have what I want... I found this place today and will be a forever customer! The lady working was super nice, helped me find what I wanted and a new brand to try. The most important thing for me at any store is customer service and anymore it's crap, but here you can tell it's priority. The prices are fair too which is a plus! I've gone to a few vape stores in Richmond over the last year and this is by far the best!

Great place with excellent customer service, shout out to Chris for helping me with my first RDA, I was completely lost and he walked me through the entire process and was greatly knowledgeable about coils and wattage and wicking. This place definitely deserves 5 stars and will continue to get my business! Even with all the social distancing Chris took the time to stand outside in the parking lot and explain to me the best way to build a new coil and was happy to do so he even told me that I could call from home if I needed ... read more
I've only been a hand full of times but they're always friendly and knowledgeable. They always seem to be well stocked, just picked up a pack of coils, that I couldn't find at two other stores. So needless to say I shall be returning on a regular basis.
