My wife and I have bought and sold several properties over the years and have never worked with a more caring, professional and trustworthy real estate agent as Rich Brown. He went above and beyond the norm when we decided to use an unconventional method of financing which required extra time, paperwork and travel for Rich. There isn't enough space here to explain what a great job Rich Brown has done for me over the years. He's been my property manager and my listing agent, he's been my lawn mower, my painter, wall patcher, mailbox fixer, light hanger, and all around jack-of-all-trades. And, on his own time, he ripped up half my yard to rid it of evil insects, treated it, and then re-sodded - all by his own hand! Rich just seemed to know what needed doing and he did it.
