Rich and his team were amazing! I had a couple houses I needed to sell after an unexpected loss in our family before purchasing a home and Rich made it happen! Everything from the buy offers, all the way to closing he made it go smooth and not stressful. I’d recommend him to anyone considering selling their home.

Richard was so unprofessional. Didn’t meet at the meeting that he sent and wouldn’t answer any phone calls or text messages.
Been reaching out to realtors to sell my house and had scheduled a walk through with Rich. Said he would call me that night after he walked through but never did, so I called the next day which he didn't answer. He then texted me he had something come up last night and would call me tonight, which he did. During the conversation he said that he'd be interested in a "cash offer" on the house. He said the house needed a lot of work about ($25k) worth, which I said I disagree with because I've had other realtors and contractors... read more
