Contracted with him to build a retaining wall. Once the project started he tried to ask for more money because his crew miscalculated the job. When I refused he became baligerant and made threats toward me and my family. I also find it suspicious that the current address used is not capable of housing a landscaping company nor is there Landscaping equipment anywhere in the area -only a methadone clinic.

Arranged to have Rich to do some painting. No showed, promised to be there at certain times and then refused to answer his phone. Every time it was a different excuse. Can’t comment on quality of service because he flat out never showed. I would look elsewhere.
