I was very disappointed in my experience at Rich auto sales. Mellisa was suppose to be seeing about getting me approved for a truck and then sold it from under me. On top of that I wasted my time and gas going back to the Wellston lot because she didn't even have the courtesy to call me and let me know.
Very helpful, Joel and Melissa are always friendly and if you leave a message are quick to get back with you. My husband and I appreciate everything!
