Rice’s is the kind of pharmacy I wasn’t sure existed anymore. My doctor prescribed drops for my ear infection. With no generic alternative offered, my co-pay was $252! Rice’s alerted me and reached out to my doctor to find a less-expensive alternative. Getting a response from my doctor took persistence, but Rice’s persisted. Tonight, Tom, the pharmacist, called me to let me know they found an option with only a $10 co-pay. That’s service!
They have hard to find products.
Today, I came in with a pretty big medical supply emergency, and I had already been summarily turned away by other pharmacies in town. Thomas was an amazing help, absolutely coming through in an amazing way and solving my problem above and beyond what I could have asked for. Thank you so much.
A great place to buy those special gifts!! They also have amazing staff and customer service as well.
