RecommendedMy Prius had some little nicks in the paint on both bumpers. I made an appointment with Carrie. She mixed paint to match and touched up every spot. She didn’t charge me anything AND SHE GAVE ME THE LEFTOVER PAINT. Only took a few minutes. I had never used Rice before but I will from now on. The mostly female staff couldn’t have been nicer.
RecommendedHave used their auto body as well as their towing service. Recently my daughter was stranded on 528 close to I95 at 11 PM. Rice was the only one who would assist. The dispatcher Teresa reassured my daughter they would be there. The driver Steven was on time as promised. He was professional and courteous!! This goes hand and hand with the body work I have used for over 40 years with them. Thank you

RecommendedBought a used car that had the bumper popped out. Mr Billy the owner came out fixed it in a flash. No charge! I tried to give him a little money and he wouldnt take it.
