I am a professional person that has been looking to move closer to Columbia, SC for several months. I happened upon Rice Terrace apartments on the internet. I popped up at the office unbeknownst to the staff and was greeted in the most professional, warm, and personal manner. Didn’t mean to, but I showed up at the beginning of the staff member’s lunch break. She graciously helped me with my needs even though my timing was poor. Yikes l!!
