Everyone that worked on me at the time of my dental treatment was great.
Excellent job by all the staff.
NO Pain! NO Discomfort! The office is quiet and calm. I am welcomed into the office by my first name. I feel safe and valued. All questions are answered, even the ones I didn’t know to ask....everything is thoroughly explained. Dr. Rice and all of her staff are professional and personable. I am 60 years old and have been to my share of dentists. Dr. Rice is the best dentist I have been to and I am recommending her to all my friends.
Dr. Rice made me feel very calm.
The ""tone and feel"" of your office is striking and sets you apart. You have good people at the front desk (so often I have observed offices that do not put their strongest there). There is a professional, friendly decorum observed by all the people I have met (Christine deserves a special shout-out). Communication - Somehow you all seem to communicate well. I went from having constant jaw pain and multiple stabbing headaches in my temple daily, to about one headache a week and very little jaw pain.
I like Janeane, Dr. Rice and Christine they are very caring.
