My visit to Dr. Rice’s office today was great, as always. My teeth were meticulously cleaned by the best hygienist ever! The caring and friendly attitude from the entire staff makes the experience pleasant and is always appreciated!
The customer service, staff and Dr. Rice are exceptional!!! They are off the charts “hands on”. Very caring and supportive. The shots still hurt though. I wish something could be invented to numb the gums without shots! Dr. Rice and Dr. Sangster are wonderful shot givers. I guess it’s just the nature of the beast.
I have been seeing Dr. Rice for sometime now and have found the entire staff to be nothing but kind, caring, and extremely professional. I have never left the office feeling disappointed. I wish all health care professionals were this great. I would highly recommend Dr. Rice and her staff to anyone. Great team.
Superior customer service becomes evident, and begins on the phone and online even before entering the professional context of Dr. Rice’s office. Her people are excellent service providers, second to mind. As a retired researcher and Primary healthcare provider, I know, and appreciate quality service. Dr. Rice and her people are the best.
