I rented an 800 square foot Warehouse from Mr. Rice back in the year of 2013. The building that I rented had 800 ft in the back and 1500 square feet in the front. The back portion that I rented did not have a restroom, so Mr. Rice installed/or upgraded the back restroom so I would have access to it. My original plans were to move all of my items from storage units into the warehouse and still have working space to sort through things and then possibly open a thrift store.
