This is one of the nicest pools I've ever seen for a neighborhood, it rivals some of the better hotels.
Clean
I thought it was okay when we first bought the house. Now, they decided to raise our HOA fees but open the pool later in the year and close it earlier. The amenities were a huge selling point for me, and we live in a state where it is summer weather 10 months out of the year, but the pool is only open 4 months of the year.
