Well, I not coming here for 10 years and returning I think it’s Worst. A doctor gave me labs for over 20 tubes of blood. The lab tech that was taking my blood said that she orders the same labs for every patient that comes through for Dr. RICE. We can’t possibly all have the same condition. She even had a TB test up there. I’m hurting every day in jeopardy of losing my job and I feel like she is playing with my life. Dr,Rice was great with me. She examined me totally. I’m looking forward to seeing her again.
Dr. Rice treats me and family members. Others had dismiss my symptoms as aging. She did a complete workup, identified the problem, place me on a good medication and I am doing fine.
I have Rheumatoid arthritis. Left messages daily for weeks regarding my medication, the pharmacy reach out to her on several occasions also with no response .In the past didn't seem to know about RA fatigue. When I asked her about CBD oil she said people just want to get high. CBD oil doesn't get you high. Don't know the difference between CBD and THC. smh. I was in a flare and had to turn to primary care doctor because Dr. Rice wouldn't return my call. That was my experience. Good luck with yours.
Dr. Rice cared for me and family members and she was extremely patient and explained what she was doing and why. W e were pleased. Wait time was a bit long-20-30-minutes.
Horrible doctor. Suspected GCA and wanted me to stop all Prednisone. She could have caused me to go blind. Total negligence!.
I could not get a copy of my medical records and she would not complete forms for FMLA
They faxes 9 prescriptions to the mail order feb.12 the employee staff only faxes 6 prescriptions missing 3 prescriptions call DORIS feb.15 told her that she said she gonna look at my chart gonna call me nobody contact me so I call there talk to the employee there just started to work there told her the situations and talk to DORIS yesterday told me I was hassaring the employee staff there DORIS said look for another dr don’t want to deal with me anymore all I want is my prescriptions to be faxs
