University of Winnipeg
Vehicle was severely damaged/broken into on two different occasions in two weeks in a 24/7 monthly parking spot rented to tenants of my apartment building. No response from Impark. Zero help in providing video to police. Zero help from anyone at the Monthly Parking, Winnipeg Branch or the National Claims Brach. Awful customer service in every aspect imaginable. Incredibly incompetent onsite attendants. Above all, an embarrassing difficult and poorly managed company to deal with. I will never use Impark ever again.
