Very efficient service
I had a great appointment as usual. I am always impressed by how fast I can be in and out of the office while still getting a great cleaning and plenty of time talking with the dentist. The ladies in the front taking appointments are very friendly and informative. I'm very happy to have my entire family at Troutman Family Dentistry.
The team is very friendly. They explain everything well and avoid unnecessary work and charges. They're great with my children, who actually love to go to the dentist! They seem to have a good, updated knowledge base. I appreciate such wonderful care.

I love this dentist and his staff! They are very customer-focused. Whether I am getting a routine cleaning or undergoing a complicated dental procedure, the staff makes me feel like I am important to them. They are consistently friendly, courteous, and professional from the moment I sign in to the moment I leave.
I love love love everybody here. Very kind and patient. The one thing that would make it better is if you guys were Par providers instead of non-par. Other than that, i love everybody there :)
My 6-year old daughter had a cavity filled and Dr. Cole was wonderful. My daughter didn't even really realize she had gotten a shot. I am happy that she has a dentist who cares about her having a positive experience. Thanks!
