As always, Kim (Raci) and Dr. Troutman, Jr were excellent! I used to HATE going to the dentist and getting my teeth cleaned. But you guys make it a lot more bearable! You are the only hygienist I have had that doesn't HURT! And Dr. Troutman always asks about the kids. He remembers them all well! That's the personal touch that is SO important! You guys are GGGRRRREAT!!!!
Excellent all around! My tooth has stopped hurting and I can chew on the right again. Dr Troutman fixed the tooth that my last dentist could not!
Everyone from the front of the house staff to techs and assistants all the way to Dr.Allison Cole are wonderful kind and attentive people. Dr. Cole is always very gentle and makes sure that I'm not in any discomfort. I highly recommend this family practice. I've referred many friends there and will continue to do so.

We had our first experience at Troutman and saw Dr. Alison. She is great! Our experience was fantastic. The staff are very, very friendly. The process of check-in was smooth and efficient. Can't think of anything to suggest that could have made it better. Thank you!
My experience, as with all my experiences, was prompt and professional. Even though I was running a few minutes late, I was taken right in. Add to that, I had an additional procedure that was not originally scheduled. They didn't miss a beat and got me in and out in only 30 minutes. This is by far one of the best dental practices at which I have been a patient.
Great staff, great dentist. Very friendly, thorough, and low wait time.
