Went to pickup a truck just after a snow storm hit and my point of contact was Mrs Sherrie Folden. She was a pleasure to speak with over the phone and held true to it when i met her in person. She and Mrs Angela went to retrieve my truck from the back lot in all of the snow and they assisted me by having the snow scraped off the truck. They were truly a blessing in such freezing conditions. Thank you ladies for all that you did for me today (1/8/2025)
We have taken our f450 truck to get serviced at multiple different Ford service centers across the country. This location has proven to be the best by far every time we go here. They do everything swiftly along with tire rotation and an overall thorough inspection. They even take time to place dust and dirt covers on the seat and floor. The service center group of people are always very cheerful and kind when we come in as well. We will always use this location whenever possible.
Kristina is top notch- she is both professional and warm and welcoming and makes the process smooth. Aubrey H is fantastic with communication and taking care of me. Top of the line shop and equipment. Yall got a really good thing going here, keep it up!
I have multiple vehicles serviced here and have always been happy with my service.
