Made an appt for recalls had a question was told they would call back; they didn’t. Didn’t have parts needed for said recalls was told I have to make another appointment which no matter what is scheduled it takes so long you have to get a ride back home then a ride back to Ricart. Would not recommend anyone going there for service ever
Invoice 13573n. I was surprised how poor the service was. Usually good. Made appoint for 3 hour job, took 3 days! They do not communicate well internally. Did not do services asked for and tried to do things like replace speakers, I did not ask for. They said 'too busy" to do things on time or right!! Said could not replicate problems...even when I demonstrated it. This time I felt they just wanted to collect fees and not do things right.
