My husband dropped off his car for detailing at 7:45 am and they told him that his car will not be ready until 5pm 😳 mind you they close at 6pm. Then they called my husband at 5:15 pm to tell him his car is ready for pick up. Considering we like 45 minutes away why would you contact us when you’ll are about to close. SMH so we didn’t get there until 6:10pm, his hood of his car was open, and all his doors were unlocked. Made an appt for recalls had a question was told they would call back; they didn’t. Didn’t have parts needed for said recalls was told I have to make another appointment which no matter what is scheduled it takes so long you have to get a ride back home then a ride back to Ricart. Would not recommend anyone going there for service ever
Invoice 13573n. I was surprised how poor the service was. Usually good. Made appoint for 3 hour job, took 3 days! They do not communicate well internally. Did not do services asked for and tried to do things like replace speakers, I did not ask for. They said 'too busy" to do things on time or right!! Said could not replicate problems...even when I demonstrated it. This time I felt they just wanted to collect fees and not do things right.
