Everyone was great, friendly, helpful knowledgeable. Came in for the first of 6 free oil changees and tire rotations, fluid top-offs. Daniel sat in my truck w me and asked if I had any questions about any dash board and steering wheel controls. I have been coming to ricart for 7 years getting oil changes and they were great however, the last 2 times they have tried to sell me services that my car did not need. I was told my shocks needed attention on my last oil change and on this oil change they were fine. Funny thing they were not fixed. On this visit they stated I had an oil leak that would cost nearly 2k to fix so, I got a 2nd opinion and the cost is $60 for parts and $300 for labor. I had a great experience with the maintenance service for my car. The staff (Matias)was professional, friendly, and very attentive to detail. They explained everything clearly and made sure my vehicle was in excellent condition before I left. I truly appreciate their honesty and efficiency. Highly recommended!
