Alysia was great. She stayed in constant contact even when there were no updates from Ford. She was honest and upfront about what their plan was and how they were escalating things throughout the process.
My motorhome interior and exterior were spotless when finished. Did a lot of hard work. Loved getting in at 8 am on a Saturday.
