All I can say is if you love Seafood And Steak I highly recommend this restaurant the food and drinks are absolutely delicious. I have never been disappointed with my appetizers or main course meal. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone..

I've been to Ricardo's several times. The food & drinks are always on point. However, I feel the place is now pretentious & a bit unwelcoming. About 2 years ago I remember always being greeted by a gentleman named Derek Auguste who handled marketing. He was always very welcoming, friendly with a smile. Doesn't have the same friendly vibe, but, that doesn't take away from the excellent food.
I have been to Ricardo's several time and had good experience. This is why I decided to have a birthday dinner with 22 guests there. Called on Monday November 09 to make reservation for November 28. Woman that I spoke to took my informations and assured me that someone will call back to finalize the details. 9 days later when no one called, I called back, spoke to a gentleman who tells me that they don't have a reservation for me, he apologize and took my informations again. Bad service and the waiter added 20% gratuity on a table of 3 guests. I have table waiting experience. I always tip at least 25%. The managers are worse than the waiters. The music is too loud and ghetto Really bad experience
Nice atmosphere. Food very tasty. I would definitely come here again.
