I started with the claim casino, it was dry and tasteless. The main course surf and turf. Requested steak medium rear. Food presented to me, the steak was well done and tasteless!!!! Requested managers attention he was overwhelmed with other issues. Took only the steak, and said he will bring me another one. By time new steak arrived. I was no longer hungry. For a steakhouse they make phenomenal seafood. I've had many of the items on the menu including the steak and I've always been very satisfied. I highly recommend them, it's best to make a reservation though.
I had Ricardo's for the first time yesterday and is already planning my return!
